Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh dari profitabilitas terhadap harga saham, untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh dari struktur modal terhadap harga saham, untuk mengetahui apakah profitabilitas dan struktur modal terhadap harga saham. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan teknik purvosive sampling sehingga diperoleh 10 perusahaan yang menjadi sampel penelitian setelah melalui kriteria-kriteria yang telah ditetapkan. Tipe peneitian yang digunakan yaitu exlanatory research. Variabel dalam penelitian ini yaitu Profitabilitas, Struktur modal, dan Harga saham kemudian dianalisis, dihitung dan diuji dengan software excel dan SPSS 22. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, dan pengujian hipotesis dengan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara bersama-sama profitabilitas dan struktur modal berpengaruh positif terhadap harga saham. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan secara parsial profitabilitas, profitabilitas berpengaruh positif terhadap harga saham dan struktur modal tidak berpengaruh terhadap harga saham.

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an effect of profitability on stock prices, to find out whether there is an effect of capital structure on stock prices, to find out whether profitability and capital structure have an impact on stock prices. The method used is descriptive verification with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used was purvosive sampling technique in order to obtain 10 companies that became the research sample after going through the predetermined criteria. The type of research used is exlanatory research. The variables in this study, namely profitability, capital structure, and stock prices were then analyzed, calculated and tested with excel software and SPSS 22. The data analysis techniques used were descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing with multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that jointly profitability and capital structure have a positive effect on stock prices. The results of this study show that partially profitability, profitability has a positive effect on stock prices and capital structure has no effect on stock prices.
